ABOUT US

DevolEx early days

We started in 2015 when we saw the gap in the operations for eCommerce returns. The process was barely taken care off and the majority was with manual processes. We decided then to document and design a technology that will improve it.

Our range of clients goes from online retailers that benefit of our technology in their websites to service supplier who handle 3PL operations and need to make it more efficient. We also provide services to any company that is involved in a Supply Chain/Logistics project.

Countries supported

We have a physical presence in Australia and New Zealand. We support operations in other countries like USA, UK, China, etc. If there is a country where our operations are not set up, our partners network can help us to start it for you.

Network and infrastructure

Our technology is connected with multiple last mile service providers but as we try to offer best service in the market we only display the best in class. We have agreements with a few 3PL companies and also a couple of freight forwarders that help us to provide a worldwide service.

TECHNOLOGY

Easy integration

We can offer you a hosted service that you simply have to display in your website, normally in the returns policy or you can decide to use our integrated solution which will give you a widget component for your website.

Data required

We require the information of your returned items in each country and some other details as the type of return action, services to use, etc.

Your consumer experience will be the same to shop or to return making your experience seamless

Multiple carriers

You can decide what carrier to use from our list of integrated ones or we can develop an integration with your desire ones.

Support

We operate from 7 am to 6 pm AEST from Monday to Friday. Your request will be answered with 24 to 48 hours since received.

Payments and charges

In certain cases when we take care of your payments your customer will see a bank charge from Devolex.

Labels

The labels normally are printed by the consumers, there is no specific requirement while printing. In some countries we have worked solutions where the consumer doesn’t even have to print a label.

PROCESS

Restrictions

Returns are operated the same way as carrier deliveries. Most likely if you sent your products internationally they are able to be returned the same way. Exceptions apply for hazards, special components, etc.

Processing

Your products are processed daily in our warehouses. Transit times to your decided destination depends on how you want to set it up but normally around a week.

Insurance

A standard indemnity cover applies on tracked service up to the value of $AU100. We available other options to insurer your goods

Low Volume

When your volumes are not enough to consolidate, your customers can send the returned items direct to you. Because of our agreements we are able to reduce your cost in this service too.

Suppliers

In each country Devolex has access to a network of domestic and international carriers ranging from economy to express services. This works independently of your inbound courier.
